Every time Martin ties my wrists to my ankles and pulls me into a strict arch, I get tired and break down really fast. Its as though the rope around my neck and the big ball strapped tight doesnt phase me anymore. The arch has me in a constant fight to stand up straight and try and resist the pull of the crotch rope. The more I struggle, the hotter I get and the weaker I get, the harder it is to stand up straight. Talk about a position that breaks you fast!
