I had ordered the wrong size lens for my camera. I needed to send it back but didn't have time to go to UPS. I heard the Amazon lady next door, so I stopped her and asked her if she could return my "package". She told me it would be no problem as long as it had a shipping label. This new Amazon girl was thick and I showed her the package I wanted to take once she entered my apartment. She agreed with taking the package and told she could handle the load.
