Breaking in a New Pony 1 Public

Mistress Roxy has a new pony to break in. The pony begged to be Roxys horse and she decided to try him out by first riding on his shoulders. This way, if he performed well, Roxy could use him as transportation in public, since Roxy would much rather be carried than having to walk. Especially when shes wearing her high heeled boots.
