Mable is Strapped and Paddled by The Dean (Part 1 of 2)

Mable is sent to see the Dean for two different infractions that require leather and wood. He gives her a choice of what she would like to do first and she chooses leather. She is told to remove her panties and take a very uncomfortable and exposed position. She is then strapped hard with multiple leather straps and placed in time out to cool before the second round.
