Kiki and Alex are sent to see The Dean to address some disrespectful behavior directed at Miss Betty. The Dean calls Alex in to discuss the situation. She is asked to disrobe. Kiki is then called in to do the same. Kiki is bent over first to receive a bare bottom strapping.
